Online Music Therapy
Trained and experienced with both online and in-person modes of working, I can offer flexible and tailored experiences for those who with anxieties around leaving the house, or with emotional-based school avoidance.

Schema-Informed Music Therapy
Having completed an extended course in Auxiliary Schema Therapy, I offer work with highly therapy-resistant individuals using key ideas from Schema Therapy but wrapped within a Music Therapy framework. The result is a warm, powerful, and effective therapeutic intervention.
Schema-Informed Music Therapy is an intensive intervention but the initial hour-and-a-half history interview is free, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Future-Focussed Music Therapy
Using teachings and trainings from across the spectrum of therapy, I match my approach to fit you best whilst focussing on the here, now, and future. Music Therapy is a great way to address future goals and behaviours, whilst acknowledging how they are informed by the past.
